H Potter Garden Obelisk Trellis 7.5 FT Tall — 77-Lb Heavy Duty Iron for Climbing Roses, Clematis, Jasmine — Decorative Finial, Ground Spikes Included, Freestanding

Obviously for over three hundred dollars I was expecting a lot out of this trellis, but I was not disappointed. The structure is heavy duty, with a nice finish. It is easy to assemble, clearly well thought out as things are arranged so its hard to put together wrong. I was able to (as an out of shape middle aged woman), put it entirely together myself, but once assembled, I needed someone to help me carry it to its final place, as its very heavy. One thing not shown in the picture is that it comes with four 18" long heavy spikes to pound into the ground. I am confident that this trellis is not going anywhere. Just to be sure, I put a permanent sticking charm on it. (With a name like H Potter, I can't help but make wizard jokes!) Received this two days prior to anticipated time frame of seller. Arrived carefully packed in a heavy box. Each piece was wrapped in plastic. All bolts and nuts were already inserted into pre-drilled holes. Instructions were simple to follow and assembly was quick and easy. We placed it on saw horses in order to eliminate the need of getting up and down on the floor or stand on our heads to tighten bolts. This trellis is stout, heavy and well constructed. I chose this piece due to the fact it came with feet on four legs for inserting long stakes into the ground rather than the need of planting the legs into the ground. The stakes drove into the ground easily with a 10# sledge hammer. Our soil is clay with lots of rock. I can't say enough good about this Trellis. It's beautiful and I'm certain will support the vine I have planted beneath it.

This item is so sturdy, we were able to remove one of the vertical bars to make a space large enough for our mailbox! We just placed a board under the mailbox and inserted it where the bar had been. Voila! Looks fantastic, expecially with a yellow honeysuckle vine growing on it! It has been in place for about 5 years and is holding up very well. We are extremely happy with this purchase!

If you are looking for a quality, substantial, sturdy, attractive statement piece for your yard, this is it. This piece is heavy, well-made and has a striking design that will be noticed. This is a piece that will be a part of your home for a very long time. Yes, it is more expensive than what you will find at the big box stores, but it is well worth the money. As a previous post mentioned, the screws used to join the top pieces are too long, but they can be easily cut off, so don’t let that deter you from purchasing it. BTW, the package included a note with the company’s owner’s personal cell phone number asking to call him directly with any questions, problems or concerns. Spend the money, you won’t be disappointed.

This trellis is beautiful, and really high quality. It’s sturdy and relatively easy to put together. We actually bought another one after the first one arrived and was put together. The product is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives in the best condition. Nevertheless, customer service is great and extremely quick to respond. A little note inside provides a cell phone contact. One of the trellises we received had a broken piece, we texted the cell phone number with a picture, and a new one was sent and arrived within a few days. It’s a bit on the pricy side, but the quality and customer service make it worth it. I’m sure it will last a long time.

I bought this for a climbing rose I've had that has outlasted 3 previous trellises. The last one was destroyed in a tropical storm, but it was wood and not very sturdy. When I saw this one I knew I wanted it. The assembly was easy, you do need two people optimally. Also, the panels are different and line up to different holes on the posts. The feet face out. The panels have holes on the ends that need to be on top. When it's assembled it should all be level. We hand tightened the screws and then when it was done tightened them all up with ratched. Also, put the top on the square first and then attach the square to the top.

It's beautiful, it's sturdy, well-made and quick delivery! I can tell the company cares about every aspect of their product! It's not as easy to set it up solo as some people make it sound, but if you have an able bodied husband with a brother who can help then it is. On the other hand, I think I could have assembled it, but I needed their help carrying it from garage to garden, setting it up and staking it. Overall, I'm happy with everything! And my sweet peas are overjoyed!

It took a few minutes to figure out how to lay the parts out so that the holes lined up properly, so we had absolutely no problems assembling. We bought two of these to put on either side of a window in our front garden. They look quite majestic and ready for some serious climbing flowers. Great purchase!
