Love this press, you can see the test tumbler pictures 😊 The negative is it is not duel voltage, as I am in the U.K. I had to purchase a current converter to bring 230v down to 110v. Once that was sorted it works great 😊

I think overall this heat press was a great deal, properly packaged, comes with heat tape, heat gloves, sublimation paper, fuses. I used a heat gun on the platters and they seem to be very consistent. I love how you can adjust the knobs easily. Can use this press up to 20 to 30 oz tumblers. I used the suggested heat time which was 356 degrees for 80 seconds then rotated. Overall I think this is a great purchase easy to use, and works great. I only had issues with the paper it came with was packaged and was folded which made it hard to feed the paper in my printer it even got jammed once. Also the paper is a different size than my HTV Ront paper which is wider than theirs. Even if I set my margins to zero it was not quite long enough to cover my tumbler. I ended up using different paper. However the overall outcome was good. This was not a seamless design so there was a seam. I give it an outstanding rating and would recommend this tumbler press.

Works as advertised! I’ve made an handful of quality tumblers with it! The only thing causing issues is my skill 😅

i ordered this for a last minute project. i pressed 170 mugs in 2.5 days and it worked really well! the only complaint is that the timer stopped working so I had to just use the timer on my phone, otherwise it's great and recommend.

I loved this press I ordered October 15 2023 and it worked great up until tonight I am prepping for a craft market tomorrow and the heat press just quit working in the middle of pressing my glass cans the temperature dropped and it will it heat back up, I tried to put in a request for a replacement but it says I’m past the date of return and I can’t locate anywhere to contact the seller to help with trouble shooting the issue or replacement parts I paid a lot of money for this press and to have it quit after two months is frustrating however I suspect I just got a lemon becuase it was a great press up until it just quit working I just want to be able to contact the seller so that I can get replacement parts or trouble shoot the problem now I have a market to attend tomorrow and half the stock I was hoping to bring if anyone knows how to reach the seller I’d appreciate that information!!!!
