As advertised. Would not try to carry it around with suction but good to keep things warm and keep bugs out. I leave supper on stove for my son and tired to using expensive foil or Saran Wrap. I had one for long time 10”. So wanted a varied sizes. Perfect for 11 inch size new pan and other newer smaller ones. Also smaller ones perfect for coffee cup and bowels. Best price. The smaller ones are thinner. The bigger ones are thicker. But for price good deal. I think the heavy one I have that has to be 12 years old that is curved on edge like a flower was only 10 inches. I wanted bigger one to actually use on a rectangle baking or cooking Pyrex dish just to keep it covered. I don’t have those matching plastic cover on that one. And 12 inch works well. I am price checker and this was best deal. Beside they had a discount so I thought it was worth it. Plus I like the better pull knob on top. No problem so far on hanging. Maybe in future but it’s new now. Just do not think you can depend on suction to hold it. But depends on the thing you want to pick up. Tried it and works but something like heavy glass I would not move it. Not made for that. Am happy with purchase.

These solved a too small of space for lids in the pots and pans drawer. The biggest one fits over a large pyrex mixing bowl. They kind of suction on so you can pick up the containers by the lid handle. I really find them to be handy. The cats don't always eat all their food, so I just plop a lid on their bowls and put in the fridge, they are microwavable too. These gems are very handy indeed. They work well on the pots and pans which is why I bought them.

The lids come in three different sizes, so it’s important to use the correct size, which works very well. One must remember to be careful to use the handles when moving the lid because steam could cause trouble on your hands and arms.

I just love these things! I no longer have to hunt around to find just the right lid for things that go in the refrigerator or even on the stove. I especially love them for when i'm making bread because the top fits well enough to keep everything safe but doesn't 'force' everything to stay down. I especially like that. You can use it on the stovetop to keep things warm after you've turned off the burner. Highly recommend it.

I was tired of using plastic wraps to store away leftovers. I LOVE these lids! I don't write reviews often, but I had to. The reasons why I like these lids are 1) light weight, but strong enough - we have had a silicon lid, but it's too bulky 2) seals completely - the suction is awesome 3) the handles - I thought they were waste of space first, but I put a command hook on the back of the cupboard door and I can hang several of them on one hook. It's easy to dry by hanging them as well. Love it. 3) colors - they are natural colors and not intrusive 4) sizes - the largest one is big enough for our big bowls and the smallest ones are great for my coffee. I had other coffee mug lids, but I will get rid of them (donate) and will use these ones.

Honestly, I ended up returning these lids. I absolutely think they do serve a purpose and would be great for smaller bowls or for anything you might need a quick lid for. I did purchase them mainly for pots and pans that didn’t come with lids. Unfortunately for that purpose, they did not meet my needs. The lids tend to sink into the pots and end up in the food while cooking. And now thinking about it, it would be much better to have see through lids to be able to keep an eye on the food being cooked. But I love the colors and they seem decent quality, just not for the specific use I had in mind. I would rate it better, if it didn’t specifically state in the description that it’s for pots, pans, skillet and stove top, which is what I needed these kids for.

I choose these 3 lids since they are 3 different diameters with of them on the large size. I primarily use Corelle bowls to microwave my food and middle size one is a good fit. I use the smallest one to cover my cups if I used the microwave to make hot water. I have lids for all my pots and pans, so I am not planning to use these when I am cooking with them. Based on the pictures these appears to be the thickest since most of them do not specify width and had the big button like object to lift the lid. That button is too hard to be pure silicon, but it does not touch food unless I get absent minded and use the lids upside down. These lids also created enough lid where it keeps a light vacuum seal over a bowl or cup. It is not a strong seal. One thing about pure silicone, it always feels slippery, so you just have to know that you have clean it properly and it is not greasy since it always feels greasy when wet. I also used the bowls and lids to store cooked food in the refrigerator. Since I usually cook enough a meat protein to last 4 to 5 days, it is important for the seal to keep the meat fresh and not dry out in the refrigerator environment. At 8.99, it was the least expensive choice for 3 large silicone covers. Since silicone should have a long-life expectancy, I do not expect to buy any additional ones unless I can think of a new use for them. A long time ago, I used saran wrap, but now that is not a safe product to use to microwave food, and I wanted something lighter than a Pyrex lid that I have been using for more than a decade.

Works well but 80% of the time suction does not hold well. I figured by it's design and the video reviews that this was the case so I was not surprised that it didn't work as advertised. In the videos you will note that everyone does the suction test the same way. The pick the container up then put it down and set it aside. Well in one the lady touched the edge of the lid and it popped off LOL. Well that is exactly what it does when using it, don't touch it after it is set. They work awesome to cover a bowl for the microwave or to cover a plate of food to keep it warm. I actually only bought these to get a cover for our 12" pot I use for sous vide. I cut a notch in the lid and used velcro ties to hold it in place. The thermal retention properties of the silicone retains the heat incredibly well. the whole set was cheaper than a single sous vide lid :) Bck to the suction I found that if the contents are hot before putting in the fridge and you get a decent seal the cooling will cause it to suck down tighter and keep the seal.
