Is the bottle refillable in any way?

I would not think the Tiffany Parfum bottle would be refillable. If that were so anyone could pass off the refillable as authentic! No high end Parfum MFG would allow that.

Is my item going to arrive by Dec 18th like it state originally or did Amazon lie about that?
