I mentioned it to my sister who was in need of a personal file, and she bought one as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for my travel job except.... *by L***A on December 30, 2024* I bought this case because I travel between 4 different medical facilities, and the bag that I had been carrying was getting too heavy. I love that it has a separate compartment for office supplies and the large compartment allows for hanging file folders. This allows me to have space for al 4 locations that I travel. I even have space for a small heater that I can take due to some of the offices being cold. There are two things that made me give this a 4-star rating instead of 5 and one of them may just be my opinion. With the "pull behind strap" being made of the material that it is, there is limited control of the Box when walking. Sometimes when being pulled, it will veer to the left or right of me, getting into other people's way. I can wrap the strap around my hand but then the box hits my heels. The other thing that I did not like was that after a few weeks of use, one of the wheels fell off. I discovered the screws holding the wheel had all come out. My husband was able to fix it with some screws he had in his garage, but they aren't the same color. While he was fixing the wheel, he noticed another wheel had lost a screw and the last two wheels had screws that were all loose and needed tightened. Not sure if they just didn't check them on the production line, but it was an issue.
