I purchased this brand because the product is organic which I think is safer and healthier than other supplements. Also, they are made in the U.S.A. and are manufactured in a GMP facility. I also like the fact the capsules are vegetarian and therefore do not contain gelatin. This did not cause any stomach upset. I take daily in the morning after breakfast for the health benefits it offers. The company also responds promptly to any questions you may have. I will continue to purchase these.

To my surprise I was hit with sciatica recently (surprise because I thought only really old grandpas get that 😊). But there I was weighing in pain and chewing 6 ibuprofen daily just to manage basic chores. Someone mentioned to me that turmeric helped her with sciatic pain and by coincidence I had just bought an expensive bottle of a liquid turmeric product at Costco. I started using it but I sometimes forgot to take it before I left for work. It did help after a few days but then I had to travel, and leave the big refrigerated bottle of liquid stuff at home. After a few days away I could feel the ache intensifying. I turned to my palm-sized apothecary (Amazon) and after reading lots of reviews, chose this product because it had bioperine and ginger as well. It arrived in one day and I began to use it immediately. It’s been three days and I e been absolutely pain free. What the chiropractor couldn’t do, the TENS machine couldn’t do, the physical therapist couldn’t do - these capsules have done. Yes, I spent a fortune over the last month trying to get relief. I should have just started here. Sciatica is inflammation of a nerve. Turmeric is really good, I’m told, for results I feel overall inflammation, which has the effect of reducing chronic symptoms such as elevated cholesterol. I really bought the liquid turmeric because I wanted to make sure my cholesterol was nice and low before my annual checkup. I’m pleasantly surprised that it would get rid of this awful sciatic pain too - it’s as bad as childbirth, I tell you! No regrets on this purchase so far.

For many years, I have been living with back lower pain problem and even right knee have been swollen on and off for several years. Product took a couple of days (3) to get in my system good before I started to feel some relief from pain in my knees but it works well . I had previously tried some topical OTC medications but they did not work as well as this. Only been using it a week but towards the end of the week . I am able to get 10K steps in a day with little pain

It took a couple of weeks to feel the difference after starting this product (due to the severity of my inflammatory conditions) but it is now making a big difference in my everyday pain. I do feel like, for me, taking 2 capsules in the AM at once works better than taking one in the AM and one in the PM. Besides the fact that it is easier to remember to take, it is during the day that I want the most relief. I have found there to be one major side-effect. It has decreased my appetite. I am unsure if this is a side effect that everyone will experience, but I was pleasantly surprised that there days that I did not realize that it was 2:30-3:30 in the afternoon before realizing I had forgotten to eat breakfast and lunch. Part of this was that I was able to be more active and involved in several projects (instead of sedentary and just thinking about food, I guess might be part of it?) which was great. My mother suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and has been trying for 3 yrs to get her back pain under control through many procedures/surgeries and medications. I will be recommending Turmeric to her... the FineVine brand for the $ savings and the ability to take this once daily.

I liked this product because while I was using it, I did seem to have less pain after workouts, but I can not really comment on the other listed benefits. My issue with using these pills is this: Shortly after I started I began having stomach issues and mild headaches. After dealing with these symptoms for awhile, I cut out the T&C supplement and the headaches and stomach issues went away. After not using the T&C supplement for another 2-3 weeks, I began taking it again. Shortly after this, I noticed the mild headaches and stomach issues returned. The symptoms did not go away, so I stopped using T&C again and the stomach issues and headaches went away again. So i will not be taking this supplement again.

I noticed relief from menstrual cramps from drinking some teas that contained tumeric. I tried supplements from LyfeFuel, they were liquid, and that seemed to work, but they stopped selling them. I already use FineVine's body wash and I liked the ingredients and the powder form, so I tried it. Now I have it on "subscribe and save" - the anecdotal 'evidence' is my near nonexistent cramps (used to take several Advil, been off that for almost 2 years now) plus my majorly lessened back pain (still deal with some spasms, but the arthritis-y stuff is way better). Anyhow, I don't want to live without it and the brand seems trustworthy / products have always seemed of quality and have worked. I notice if I don't take them - you really have to keep tumeric in your system constantly and it works better than longer you take it. A coworker also says it helps with cystic acne - heals it and reduces breakouts. It probably won't work for everyone or for every type of inflammation, but I think it's worth trying tumeric even if you do decided on another brand.
