Gear nerds rejoice...I hadn't purchased a pedal in a long long time as I was quite happy with my setup. I don't ever post reviews like this but I have nothing bad to say. In the last year or two, I wanted something that went harder than my overdrive pedal (ibanez ts-808). As a person that works in the audio industry, once I saw this pedal I knew I needed it because of the voltage control. I would say this pedal is insanely versatile. It gives you 5 fuzz / distortions circuits in one box and they all sound incredible. The voltage knob is so cool for dialing it a tone, making stuff sustain, or giving you a lo-fi 'broken and bit crushed' effect. I primarily use this for guitar but have used it with bass and synths and it rips. If you're hesitant because of the price tag keep it mind that it does so much...Most gain pedals you're paying for one circuit. This pedal is a winner and now a mainstay on the pedal board.

Another great, versatile and unique pedal from the innovative folks at walrus thats sure to stay relevant for decades and be a sought after pedal when production ends. Got more than a dozen walrus pedals, only other pedals i use are boss, and im impressed again by how they were able to squeeze so much into one pedal. My other fuzz is the walrus jupiter which is a favorite of mine, it has its own sonic identity compared to the eons pedal, i recommend both👌

This is the first fuzz pedal I got. Researched alot of fuzz pedals before buying and the versatility this pedal promised made me settle on it. I wasn't disappointed. It quickly became my favorite pedal. Didn't know how much I liked fuzz until I tried this. It was everything I hoped it would be. The only have one problem I have with it is isn't sound or tone related. It's the look and feel of the pedal. The pedal is not cheap and I also had to pay for shipping and taxes. But even if you're just going to pay the retail price it's still on the expensive side. With that price tag I would hope it would also look and feel expensive. I have 100 dollar pedals that feel more sturdy than this. The power button is the same as a pedal thats priced at 30-40 dollars. And the design and artwork is mediocre and uninspired. I know at the end of the day it's what's on the inside that really counts and that's why I do recommend this one if you're looking for your first fuzz or for a versatile fuzz. It sounds great and you will definitely find a sound that suits your every fuzz needs. As for looks. It looks and feels cheap.

These pedals are so versatile Walrus are pushing the bounds of the standard pedals IMO with slick art on each piece to make your board pop and clean clear tones to nastiest gain a 14 year old jammin metalcore could ever want these pedals will never disappoint and if you ever want to check them out before purchase every pedal has a very in depth demo on their YouTube channel but I promise whatever pedal you get you will find a gorgeous tone for any play style you prefer. This pedal looked to be a great option based on all the different pedals it simulates, however, it didn't like my EMG SA pickups at all..
