I just started taking them, so can’t really judge on their performance. However, i noticed that whenever i mix it in water, it doesn’t really dissolves. But just stays at the bottom of it. I follow all the instructions though. Maybe I am going smth wrong

Very BAD, probiotics ( not sure if its a probiotics ) should be stopped selling, i have huge allergy with big round red spots on on my body ( rash) after taking and also giving hard dizziness and headache, im almost fainting, i could not wark even.

I like these probiotic packets. I read some other reviews where people didn't like them because they didn't dissolve. I put it in coffee, and it dissolves well. When I put it in water, I shake it up. If it doesn't dissolve, I let it sit for a couple of minutes, and it dissolves. I love that it has no taste, and it works well for me.

I love this product. I add it daily to my juice or smoothies. It’s part of my routine now. Really helps with digestion.

I use one every day for health and stomach benefits. They come in single serve packets, making them easy to use and grab on the go. One a day seems to do the trick. I haven't noticed any appetite suppression, but it does make me feel less bloated. They're a great price for the strength of the a serving. It does have a bit of a taste, which I don't like, so I just use a water enhancer and I don't notice the flavor anymore.
