Which one is more mild? How do I find answer? Thanks!!

Good question! We will clarify this on the website. From milder to hotter: Jalapeño, Serrano, Habanero If you are new to chiles, start with Jalapeño. In the coming months, we will be offering an even milder Jalapeño, for you and I, that will have the same great crispy taste, just less of a kick --- stay tuned!

Are the “spices” here autolyzed/modified yeast extract or msg? This information is extremely important for someone with sensitivities to those items.

Hello, Our spices do not have MSG. We hope this will help you taste and enjoy our products. Sincerely, AnaCecilia Customer Service

Has anyone else received a jar with vastly different nutrition on it? My jar says 24g of fat in 1 tsp(5g)?!?!?! The picture here shows 4g of fat.

From Kreativa Gourmet Customer Service: Please contact us. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and will gladly ship new replacement product. We are sorry for any confusion. Correct nutritional facts are Calories 35 and total fat 4 gm in a serving size of 5 gm. It would be helpful if you could send us a picture of your label with the manufacturing date. Thank you.

Once a jar is opened , how long can it keep in the refrigerator?

It’s in oil, so practically indefinitly. But you won’t keep it that long.
