IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR RATING BUT BECAUSE I AM FORCED TO CHOOSE IT I CHOOSE IT. I bought this home security camera and also paid for a 6-month cloud recording subscription. The cloud recording has not worked at all, despite being fully paid for. This feels like a big scam because the main reason for purchasing the subscription was to review past footage when needed. I had serious concerns about movements inside my house and wanted to check recordings, but there is no footage available. Customer support is completely unreachable. The phone number provided does not work, live chat does not work, and even WhatsApp support is non-functional. There is no way to get help, a fix, or a refund. This has caused a heavy loss, both financially and in terms of peace of mind. A security camera without working cloud recording and without support is useless. I strongly advise others not to buy this product or its cloud subscription.

Useful camera with call feature but makes noise while moving
Camera quality is fine but makes sound when rotating which is very irritating

Received but camera rotation not working properly. Only left right movement is working.
Received but tilting is not working properly. Only left- right movement is working. up- down is not working.(Edit: tilting problem is fixed by little adjustment. It may be happened during transportation)

When i receive this is connecting and adding but after somedays not connecting and adding also , this product is very worst product and also i loose mony thanks CP plus i never go for CP plus product
