Are there any close up pictures or videos on it? Can we apply glue stick to it? Is the shimmer subtle?

Yes the shimmer is subtle. Please send us a private message and we can mail you a sample to test with the glue stick. Thanks

When I read "ink jet and laser compatible in text", does that mean that the paper only works with text, or will image printing work with this paper?

You can print images. The iridescent surface will shine through a little, esp. on my ink jet, but on the laser and both printers, set it to the darkest settings. On my laser, Okidata, that is about 4 different setting adjustments. If it is going to be handled a lot, I hit it with a quick shot of spray acrylic. Esp since I eat when I print.

Can you write on this paper with regular ink and pencil?

yes you can write on it with both ink and pencil and paint it as well! I use it for origami but have needed to use pencil, ink, marker and paint as per the design.

Has anyone printed/copied a 2 sided document on this paper?

Yes, you can print a 2 sided. Is good paper
