Cake Boss Decorating Tools Airbrushing Kit, Red

I recently started using stencils to create large quantities of hand decorated cookies in a short time. The Cake Boss Air Brush kit allows me to do this quickly, with consistent results. I had only one problem, so far. The "gun" was shooting out color without my depressing the control lever. I wish the instruction guide including a troubleshooting section. I had to do a lot of fooling around to fix the issue. I finally adjusted the tiny screw and it started to work properly. It was difficult to find a solution online as well. My only other complaint is that I wish it came on at the same level of intensity as when last used. I usually only use a low setting and turn it off between cookies. It always comes on at high. All in all, it is a nifty tool to have. It can't replace the beauty of completely hand decorating a cookie, but can produce special effects and enhance your work. As the sole tool being used, it cam replace the need for making lots of colors of royal icing and make a uniform product quite quickly. I felt the learning curve was not too steep on using it. I simply looked at a few tutorials online

I bought this years ago and it works like brand new. The colors are amazing and the size and weight make it easy to transport.

I love this airbrush from CB! Such a great value for your money; I’ve had it for 5 years and haven’t had a problem with it, or need to replace anything! It does take some getting used to, but I would say it’s beginner friendly. Great gift for that baker in your life - I use it mainly on royal icing cookies and macarons. LOVE LOVE LOVE

This is my first airbrushing machine. I really enjoyed using it on my Granddaughter's birthday cake. The only complaint that I would have is you have to refill the well very often or maybe with more practice I will not find that is necessary. But the quality is good and so much fun to create new looks with.

I am new to airbrushing, so I don't really have much to compare this to. But I am super happy with this product. It's small enough to store easily and has as much power as I thing I'll need for my cake and cookie decorating purposes. I was expecting a pretty steep learning curve, but after a few minutes of practice on a paper towel, I was able to start embellishing my cake. The results were fantastic! I did notice, when I was cleaning up later that my counters were pretty covered with over spray (I have granite counters with a fairly busy design, so I didn't notice until I wiped them down) I have a feeling that's going to happen with any airbrush, but cant really be sure. Not a deal breaker for me. Next time I'll put an old tablecloth down before I start.

The quality was nice, easy to use, it sprayed the color on evenly and pretty easy to clean, the machine is a nice small size easy to store, I did like it but unfortunately it stopped working after a few uses. I would press the button and it wouldn't turn on. I was past the time I could return so unfortunately it was money wasted for me. Idk if I got a defective one or they are all like that but that was my experience.

I have read lots of reviews of many different brands of decorating air brush machines and most people seemed apprehensive about taking it out of the box - I did lots of research and purchased the Cake Boss at an awesome price - less than half the cost of many other brands! Found this air brush machine to be very easy to use and clean! I did my very first air brush job today and considering it was my very first time using an air brush, I feel that I didn't do too bad - I feel comfortable doing another project soon!

I was not prepared for its size, it is really small, but it does the job. It's very compact which makes it easy to take with you on the go. the sprayer works great, just make sure to clean it after each use to prevent clogs. I did not think it was loud and mine was not moving around when in used. Some reviewers have mentioned that it hops around with the vibration but that wasn't the case with me. I was able to air brush a cake very fast and switching colors was easy, just run some water through the sprayer after each color.
