Works great! I don’t sweat easily and this thing makes me pour out sweat from everywhere. Haven’t had it that long, but it seems durable. I’m a medium, bought a medium and it fit perfectly well. It’s about as comfortable as a sauna suit can be. No bad smells other than your body from sweat. Jacket has pockets, I wish the pants did as well. Room for improvement is that sweat leaks right into the pockets. So if you don’t have something external to hold your items in, (keys, phone, etc) then they’ll get soaking wet.

Love the sporty design and thermal reaction to my body. Haven’t used it full swing yet but the reviews where excellent in regards to sweating. I wanted to post this mainly for the people that have questions to size. I would also go one size bigger. I am 230 male 5’11 and. 3x fitted perfect.

Used it about 4x times so far on the treadmill, and overall I'm happy with this product. After a period of time of continuous walking/running, you do get your sweat on for sure. Gotta say, even kind of stylish in my opinion. Logos are kinda small like you see in the picture, no huge logo on the back of jacket so that was a plus for me. I like that it's a windbreaker style of jacket too, easy to put on and off. Ok, so now to my small gripes. 2 things, and they kind of minor. One, the pants have no pockets, the jacket does have two pockets. And lastly, no velcro strap on the wrist or ankles to keep the heat/sweat in. After a good work out, you kind of leaking a little bit out your wrist holes. Had to go buy separate sweat wrist bands and wear underwear jacket is all. Easy fix I guess. Also for sizing, I'm 5'5" and about 170lbs and this is a size Lrg sauna suit and fits great. Again, overall for the price I'm happy with this Sauna suit. Just hope it holds up over time.

Material nice makes me sweat a lot during my workout fits perfect the zipper nice makes it easy to take off it’s so functional its length it amazing makes it warm when I work out it’s not to thick not to thin either

I bought this for my weight cut for boxing. The pants and jacket work very well. They made me sweat out a few pounds in a few hours of training. I hand wash and hang dry. Lasting well so far for a few months.

I love the material but it runs very small. Will update my review when the bigger size gets here!!

I used these suit a couple of times for making weight. It works every time and the material it's made with is for the long run. Fits perfect on the size 5'07 195lbs to cut down to 170lbs. Its durable and we'll made.

Good quality

The sizes didn't match one another. The pants seems to not offset in size to the top.

Solid quality and gets you sweating for sure. Ordered based off the size guide and had to send it back for a smaller size. I am 6ft6 and 280lb and ordered the 5x which was way to loose(especially around the wrists). Ordered the 2xl and it fits perfectly size wise, but more importantly it is tight around the wrists, ankles, and the hood to really get you sweating!
