I got this phone case primarily for drop protection and I've used it for 1 year. For this purpose, it is great! The protection is far superior to other clear phone cases I have tried in the past and it has a sufficient lip around the edges that extends beyond a screen protector, which is something I've struggled to find. If it was only for protection, I would rate it a 5/5 no question! My only main problem is that the phone case has loosened over time, so the protection now is far less than it originally was, as the corner can slip off if the phone is dropped at the right angle. However, this was not an issue until recently, so overall its lifespan is okay. A few other things to note: - The soft plastic around the charging port broke off after a few months (as shown in the second picture). It didn't affect any functionality, however, so not a big problem. - It yellowed quite a lot on the soft plastic. Maybe faster than other clear cases, but not a surprising amount. - The hard plastic scratches rather easily, which I see has been written by other reviewers, but it is barely visible so it hadn't crossed my mind until I read the other reviews. I do have a white phone, so it may be more visible on a dark background, however. All of that to be said, I would definitely recommend this phone case to anyone looking for a clear protective case and I will be repurchasing it.

I'm a huge fan of clear cases, but this one truly stands out. It's not only completely transparent, but it's also incredibly durable—two features that rarely go hand in hand. Most clear cases don’t offer much fall protection and tend to slip off the phone too easily. However, after nearly a year of daily use and several drops, this case has held up impressively with no visible damage. Remarkably, it’s also barely yellowed; any slight change in color is subtle and hardly noticeable from a distance. This case is the best of both worlds: clarity and resilience.

I am a serial phone dropper so I need a great case for protection. I upgraded my phone and chose this case again. For the price, the protection is excellent. It doesn't yellow quickly like cheaper versions. And I like to get see through covers so the color of my phone shows. My only complaint is that it comes in only clear or clear glitter, both of which I have purchased, and I wish it came with floral patterns on the clear or other designs, too. IPhones get all the pretty designs, but I like the Android phones better! We need designs, too!

My Pixel 7 still looks brand new after six months and several drops thanks to this case. The Symmetry balances the needs of compactness, protection, and looks as well as its name suggests. The transparent plastic shows the elegant "lemongrass" colour of the Pixel 7. The soft, chunky sides have protected this rather heavy phone from any damage in several falls from pocket level. But it all still fits comfortably into my pocket and hand. The only thing I worry about a little in how well the Symmetry would protect the phone if it landed face down on a corner--whether the phone would pop out of the case and get damaged. But so far that hasn't come close to happening.

Fun because you can put card sized images and things on the back for some more style and flair. Another quality product from OtterBox. Can drop from full height and phone is protected.

Becomes stained/discolored after a few months. Anybody seeing you handle your phone can see how dirty the case looks. I replaced it after 1 year, which was way longer than I should have waited. I will say that it has done well at protecting my phone though. I've dropped it several times. Never from more than 4 or 5 feet though. For other phones I like the Symmetry series because of its slim/low profile. Not too bulk and doesn't interfere with the screen. I was disappointed to find that it only comes in Clear for the Pixel 7, but I bought it anyways.
