Plano case 108191 Replacement Foam Insert Rifle Shotgun - Polyurethane (PU)

Overall a very good fit for the plano all weather. I have the bone collector version. The outside dimensions were perfect but the thickness is much thicker than the original. I used a large knife to cut it down to be level with the top of the case, so it would close and then turned the cut side down for the level surface. As others have mentioned its a firmer foam than the original. Overall very happy with how it turned out.

As one piece its pritty solid.once you get cutting your form .. be careful not to over handle it. Recommend using a hot knife or a an electric turkey carver to cut out your shapes. Recommend spray gluing it down then use a plasty coat.. this will help with keeping the edges from fraying.

Meh it’s foam. Kinda over priced for what it is, but it fits the case well.

The model number doesn't match the case. It 1/2" too narrow and short and cut the wrong shape. So it moves around in the case

Product is definitely not as described this stuff is as hard as a rock would not recommend for anything delicate or that you're really trying to protect other than a brick.

Although I had to cut my rifle's silhouette in the foam, it still was easy to handle the pattern and installation. Who says the pluck foam is better !? Mine fits better with no jags from the "plucks"
