Very sturdy and durable! Easy to install, just make sure to measure the door frame to make sure it fits. We learned that the hard way. Luckily we have another door to install it on. My kids love hanging on it and working out.

First off, assembly: 1. Before you start, note the U-shaped bar in step 1 is not symmetrical. One "end" of the U-bar has an end cap that has to be positioned toward the outside BEFORE you bolt the angled hand grip in place. This is not indicated in the instructions. I didn't realize it till later and had to unbolt and re-assemble both U-bars so they were orientated correctly (yes, I guessed wrong on both of them). 2. Included wrench is small and seems a half size too big, making it awkward to hold in place. Use a decent 10mm box-end wrench or socket - unless you don't have either. Secondly, quality: After a week's use, the product seems sturdy and very usable. No problem handling my 230 lbs. I like the available different hand positions. Also like that it fits our 36" wide doorways. Only gripe here is the foam hand grips were squashed flat from being packed in a tight, flat box, and they haven't reshaped themselves. Not a deal breaker, but guess I'm stuck with that. Overall, not quite 5 stars - 4.5 or so.

I recently purchased the Yes4All Heavy Duty Pull Up Bar and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The bar is very sturdy and well-built, making me feel confident in its ability to support my weight during my workouts. Installation was fairly simple and straightforward. The bar comes with all the necessary hardware and clear instructions, making it easy to set up in my home gym. It also has adjustable length, allowing me to customize it to fit my door frame perfectly. The foam grips on the bar are comfortable and provide a secure grip, even during intense workouts. I also appreciate the multiple grip positions available, which allow me to target different muscle groups and vary my exercises. One of the standout features of this pull-up bar is its weight capacity. It is advertised to support up to 300 pounds, and I can attest to its strength. I feel completely safe and supported while using this bar, even when doing weighted pull-ups.

This item came with powder coated hardware... nuts and bolts were INCREDIBLY hard to use and therefore the item was very difficult to put together. The rubber for the hand grips has the imprint of the bubble wrap because they wrapped it in bubble wrap before the rubber set. So I will be looking at that imperfection for the life of the product. It can not be removed or fixed. You will need your own tools to put it together... if you don't want to deal with a headache. I strongly urge you to buy a different product from a reputable company because you get what you pay for here.

Strong and sturdy, assembly easy as long as you have your own tools. The tools they give you to put it together are trash. Other than that though I am very happy with my purchase

If you bolt it together right and tighten it like I did, it will be solid. The support brackets that go above the door frame are great too and keep the bar from moving around. Great pull up bar for the money

I purchased this pull-up bar about 6 months ago when I decided my humor wasn't enough to pull honeys. Typically I don't leave reviews. After seeing some questionable comments about handiness from unhandy people. Let me assure you, if you put this together the right way, it's stronger than the relationship between Reagan and crack in the 80's. I've practically used it every other day since I've received it, and it's held up better than the Baltimore bridge. I assume, with use, the handles that get the most action might show some wear eventually, (like my meat) but for now, they're still going strong, like my addiction to obese women. Speaking of comfy, those plushy grips have developed finger grooves from my frequent use, (again, like my meat) which adds a nice touch of personalization. A word of advice for assembly: take your time and loosely put it together first, then tighten each bolt gradually. Trust me, it'll save you some headaches down the line. Dont be a nerd. When I first got this thing, I could barely manage two consecutive pulls. Like a big wimp. But with consistent use I'm now knocking out 15-20 consecutive pulls like an even bigger wimp

This is an excellent door-frame chin-up/pull-up device. I purchased this as a replacement for the exact same one I bought 15 years ago as it was recommended for a workout program called “P90X” that was filmed many years ago. I have worked out at home for many years, so the only reason I replaced my old one with this one is because the foam grips became dilapidated from consistent use. It has multiple grips that allow you to do both chin-ups (palms facing you) and pull-ups (palms facing away from you), thereby allowing you to work on numerous muscle groups using your own body weight. The assembly was easy as the instructions are straight-forward. For somebody who works out at home, this is the perfect setup, and I say this as somebody who has experience using this for many years.
