These seem to be very good. The packaging quality is fantastic and all fully recyclable (glass jar, aluminium lid, cardboard outer packaging), which is a must for me. I've been using them for nearly a year now. No side effects at all and my sleep has improved a bit so I'll keep going. Definitely recommended. A high-quality supplement in well-sealed capsules. The dark glass jar feels premium and protects contents better than typical plastic tubs. We’ve found it particularly helpful in the evenings – part of a calming bedtime routine. Looks great on the shelf too.
