This thing is great . It cooks well & is adjustable to different thickness of foods . The fact that it has an adjustable cooking temp switch is a good thing . I cooked 3 smaller steaks of 2 different thickness on it & the only problem was keeping them from sliding toward the front . It cooks pretty well . I cooked the 3 steaks which were about 2" thick on 380° for 10 minutes , rotating them to get good grill marks . They weren't done enough so I upped the temp to 400° & cooked for another 6 minutes . They ended up with a good amount of pink & joicy . Clean up , the drip tray was which is much larger than the older models is quite large wasn't very full . The cooking surfaces which are dishwasher safe were very easy to wipe clean . However they didn't come as clean in the dishwasher as I had hoped . Our dishwasher is 11 years old so Im not blaming our George . It's advertised for 5 burgers , no way unless they're a little larger than White Castle burgers . I got 2 full size Bubba burgers on it & maybe 3 after a little surgery . It's easy to use , to wash & it stands up for storage . It's a keeper .

Been thinking about purchasing one of these grills and it took my oven to go out, waiting on parts, to make me purchase one. Reading all the reviews they write about being too small, not really a problem for me as it grills so fast by the time I cook on it, grill another portion the other has finished "resting" and we're good. I also choose this model for being easy to clean and it is easy!

I LOVE THIS GRILL....I have had several indoor grills-we love our steaks. This compact grill finally arrived on the market. First it's a George Foreman grill but the amazing part is the cleaning. They engineered it so you can remove the electronics and wash the grill....... I'm so happy. Cooks fast. Great for quick burger at lunchtime. Great value for the money......Don't buy another burger/sandwich grill.

Grill works well. Grease drains through plates to drip tray. I like that it is level, unlike the older styles that were slanted and food would slide off. I also like that it stores upright thus taking up less space. Non stick surface cleans easily. I have only hand washed, as I am concerned the dishwasher would damage the nonstick capability. Only downside is the size. I wanted a grill big enough to grill vegetables next to 2 servings of meat. Nowhere in the description did it give the actual size of the cooking surface and it is definitely NOT 4 servings. It will hold 4 hot dogs but only 2 burgers or 2 small steaks. Manufacturer needs to be more forthcoming in their description!

This is the best if you are still wanting to build your confidence in the kitchen! I have mad so many cool things on this grill, steaks, burgers, sandwiches and I want to try bacon next. The dishwasher safe grill part makes it really easy to clean up after cooking. I just wait till it has cooked off, pop it off, stick it in the dishwasher and wipe the rest of the grill down. It gets rid of the sink full of dishes that was one of my main deterrents from entering the kitchen when I was living at home. If this ever breaks I wont hesitate to get another and I am going to give it as gift to my guy friends who are also starting their cooking journey.

I don't always want to use the grill for 2 steaks and then deal with the clean up of the grill. This is perfect. Have also used it for boneless chicken breasts and paninis. I originally ordered the size recommend for 2 and the cooking surface was way smaller than I thought it would be. I thought I read the measurements, but I think they were for the whole Foreman, not the cooking surface measurements. I'm glad I went with this larger, family size and I'm very glad I did! It will definitely fit 2 good sized steaks, chicken breasts, and 2-3 burgers. Clean up is easy. I don't care that it can't go in the dishwasher. Just wipe it down, clean the removable drip tray, and you're done! Doesn't take up much room to store, either. I also bought a heat resistant silicone mat to set it on. I bought one several inches larger than the Foreman and it's nice to put your utensils on while cooking.

Would be great if it lasted. I had upgraded from a smaller George Forman grill that I often used for burgers and brats. This was an upgrade mainly because it was supposed to be dishwasher safe. I don't run the dishwasher super often so I plan to use this frequently I'd wash by hand with a softs sponge or a brush with nylon bristles. Within the first year I noticed the nonstick coating coming off in a small spot after pulling it out of the wash. Since then I have to wash by hand because every time I've tried the dishwasher more comes off each time and at this point I can't use it with completely tearing my burgers apart (and probably eating a ton of PFAS) Even then its still shedding the coating nonstop. I liked the removable top and bottom, but honestly its not worth the price if it only really lasts a year. I'm now looking into something else that will hopefully last longer, and hopefully have removeable plants instead of having the plate and heating unit and plastic shell as one piece. I also wish it was just a smidge larger. On the brand of burgers I get now I have to put them in like teepee until they thaw enough to squish in because 2 of them are just barely wider than the grill. It also tends to drip and steam outside the tray.

it's a little bigger than the last one I had. just the right size for two. also it has variable thermostat

Brought this because my George Foreman grills died out after many years of good service. Unfortunately this product is so bad that I will never be buying a George Foreman again Disadvantages - cooking area is smaller than the dimension specifications posted . Significantly smaller than both my previous George Foreman grills - very smokeable , my older models somehow gave out low smoke even at the same intensity - knob is a decoration piece , doesn’t really feel like it gives me any control over the grill. This was the main feature I was looking forward to and it just isn’t what’s advertised. Might as well just be an on and off button. - given these two disadvantages the price is basically extortionate The only good thing is the dish washer friendliness . My previous models weren’t dish washer friendly and it was a nightmare cleaning them …. But what’s the point of being able to clean a product easily if it’s not doing its job properly in the first place

Bought this as an upgrade to my decade old George Foreman and the difference is night and day! This one is so much easier to clean, and the hinge is more flexible allowing you to grill thicker items more evenly. There is a drip tray under the grill plates temselves which is a great change from the slanted grill surface that drips into a plastic tray. If you are looking for an effective, easy, way to grill food on the countertop, look no further.
