I have been using electrolyte supplements for a few years. For home I use this one, as I like the nutrition numbers and the flavor. This is a loose powder that dissolves quickly, and can be used once a day or more depending on multiple factors. On hot days, when I am working outside, I find this makes a good water break.

My husband and I do a scoop in the morning. He likes it, it also helps to get his veins pumped up for blood draws. I believe it's a good quality at a reasonable price.

Starts a bit tart, but finishes sweet! I work in a factory so I sweat quite a bit, this helps me stay hydrated! I recommend this product! I’ll be trying a new flavor soon.

Great taste and it doesn’t take a lot to flavor your water.

I should have read the label info more carefully as this has a whopping 250mg of sodium per serving. I’ve been using electrolyte powder for quite a long time. The ones that have become a staple for me have sodium content between 10-50mg. Only reason that I tried this brand was because there was a great coupon discount on it. I didn’t even look at the label. Holy salt lick! My first swig tasted like I swallowed salt water. Disgusting. Immediately looked at the canister to see 250mg sodium. Taste is terrible given the ginormous amount of sodium.

It’s difficult to tell whether a product like this works well or better than others. It seems that I recover faster after drinking this. I will continue to purchase this because there’s no sugar and yet it still tastes great.

Pros: I used this throughout Florida summertime firefighting training, live fire training, and pregnancy. Absolutely no muscle cramps. My heart rate and blood pressure remained perfect. Labs came back great. Id give performance a 5 star rating. It has all of the necessary electrolytes for very intense training. I’d recommend this to anyone doing intense physical activity, pregnant women, or anyone who spends a lot of time outside in the heat. Cons: this flavor was on the sour side. Not what you’d expect from strawberry kiwi. I’d give raspberry guava a 5 star rating.
