Love this mirrorvv **Q: Is there a spanish software setup ?** A: No. I don’t see a Spanish language option. **Q: hi is this battery operated or have to be plugged in? will it work 240v?** A: This is not battery operated and must be plugged in. It also uses standard american electricity I believe that is 240V. **Q: Does it take selfies / pictures of your makeup looks** A: Yes it does and I think you can also do a video of yourself putting it on. I also think you can post to social media accounts. Please double check though because these are not features I use. Do a hi mirror search on YouTube to see how people use theirs if you can. The app wasn't working and the mirror motion sensors weren't working for me, and I got super frustrated. I also don't need a mirror that tells me where my dry skin is. I don't use fancy products. In one week I have been able to track my redness, pores, wrinkles, fine lines, dark spots, and overall skin tone. I have seen results in just ONE WEEK.I recommend doing this at LEAST once a day. It will help you, as long as you are going to give it the time that it needs.If you are prone to redness like me, and have sensitive skin, I recommend waiting about 10-15 mins after washing your face, and applying various creams. You are going to be more irritated right afterwards because your skin is just sensitive.I also would like to point out that if you have any questions about your HiMirror/Plus/Plus + that the staff on here are more than happy to help you! I have even been able to set up my favorite pictures for my device to flip though when it is in sleep mode, and how to set up things like my Spotify. This has to be one of the smartest purchases that I have ever made, and I am so glad that I did it!Also... How fun is it to just say HiMirror Listen.... and to give it a command.... I had a little problem with the setup as there was a software update needed that didn’t start right away. I thought the product wasn’t working until the update started later. After the update, it was smooth sailing. My skin already has improved in all but one area. Pros: ability to change the lighting on the mirror based on where I plan to go, the weather update, watch YouTube videos, images and charts to show skin progress, hand gestures. Cons: can’t watch YouTube videos while using the mirror (split screen would be nice), not able to access Pandora (currently only Spotify paid service), my beauty box product library is very limited due to only being able to add products via barcode, no place to store makeup product info, limited to only one stand choice available (I ordered a photo frame stand but it places the mirror at an angle.Overall, I love this mirror and am excited to sit down and use it daily.
