Great anchor point for strap workout system.
Needed a place to anchor TRX type straps and this did the job. It is very hefty, welds are good, finish is good. Once attached to support beam (not just a framing 2x4) it is very solid.

I bought this hook to hang up my workout elastic bands and straps. I have multiple bands of various weight ratings. I am 229lbs and I can confidently pull on the straps without worry of this coming out of the post that I mounted it to. The screws are large lag screws and very sturdy. I mounted this to a 1/2" plywood backer board which was then attached to a box top post in my bonus room. It does not budge when I am working out. I tested it for flex before doing my workout as I did not want to become one of those Youtube exercise "fails" contributors. The cross bars and body are made from sturdy steel and then powder coated. This is a solid piece of hardware and not flimsy at all. Highly recommend it.

Good and sturdy
We purchased this to hang a tire-type swing from our tree and it's held up nicely. We didn't use the screws though, we wanted some that would go deeper into the tree. This has been working well for us.
