These are good for omega 3. My dr recomended these for me. One thing i do like is that they are smaller than most so its easier for me to take. Theres no fishy after taste.

I think this supplement is excellent quality because with consistent use for over three months, I’ve noticed the health benefits of cognitive improvement, as well as less irritability when going through PMS. Have no way to analyze the product, but I'm trusting the company. The FDA should be protecting the consumer by monitoring the supplement industry, but they don't.

Regular fish oil bothers my stomach but I have no issues with these. No odd tasting burps too.

I know omega 3 are important but I could never take the fish oil ones. These algae ones are great! I can finally get some omega 3 in my diet.
