I recently purchased the Deevine Craft 5-Inch Thick Soft Cotton Box Mattress (Super King Size 6X6ft or 72X72 Inches) from Amazon.in, expecting a comfortable and high-quality product. Unfortunately, this purchase did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the size I ordered was 72x72 inches, but what I received was a smaller mattress, which is simply unacceptable. Additionally, the product was advertised to come with a free pillow, which I never received. This experience has seriously made me question the reliability of the brand and the seller. Such practices not only ruin the reputation of the seller but also tarnish Amazon’s image as a trusted platform. I strongly urge Amazon to reconsider allowing such sellers on their platform and to ensure better vetting processes are in place to prevent these issues. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend purchasing from this seller. Save your money and look elsewhere.
