After 13 Months, the Waschmaschine is not working anymore. And cuz it’s 13 months you can’t send it back.

We bought this washing machine, installed it and it does not work, it does not load water correctly and cannot be washed because it leaks water and therefore does not load correctly. I hope that someone will answer my request to send me a technician, replace me with a washer that does work or refund my money.

اشتريت الغسالة وواجهت اشكاليتين معها الحجم 13 كيلو لكن بمقارنتا مع غسالة 10 كيلو لدي تبدو أصغر حجما، وبعد إن بدات بتشغليها لم يتوقف صرف الماء بل بالعكس ضل الماء ينهدر ، يوجد ملصق على الغسالة يقول يرجى الاتصال على هذا الرقم قبل التشغيل قمت بالاتصال به ولم يجب وأرسلت إليه فيديوا بالعطل على الواتس أب ولم يبج نهائيا.
