Wow! When I ordered this dress for Halloween, I thought I would get kind of a cheap costume like the cheap cloak that I returned. I was wrong! This dress is beautiful and made of heavy fabric that, if not velvet, is like velvet. The detailing is beautiful. The dramatic hood is lined. It comes with the cording to lace the front and back, and you can adjust the size to your figure which will give you a slim look. I’m 5’10” and weigh 160. I usually wear size 12. I got a large which fits perfectly and is even long enough for me, all the way to the tops of my shoes. I got this for a party, but I plan to use it for a dance showcase to some dark, somber music. This dress is nice enough to use as a wedding dress or some other nice event. A very pleasant surprise!

Got this for a witch costume- I’m 5’6 and about 200 lb and I sized up and did a 2XL. It’s perfect because the front and the back have a corset so I tightened the back quite a bit to get a good fit and the front just enough to have it look nice. Glad I sized up because the bicep area is almost a little tight and my arms are not typically an issue in most clothes. Really nice kinda of heavy material. Worth the money

Beautiful dress, great quality, nice & thick. A little too long / bigger than I expected but as someone with long legs, it’s a welcome problem.

It came nicely folded in a resealable bag, no weird smells. The strings are extra long, making it easy to fit them. The material is nice, not super cheap or flimsy. The rose pattern is beautiful. It's heavy, which makes it great for cooler weather. I'll update with pics. I'm 5'10", 210 lbs and the XXL is a good fit. It comes down to my ankles.

High quality costume. The fabric is lovely. I think I put the ropes on backwards. 😆 The longer rope should go in the back. The shorter in front. I didn’t notice there was a difference until it was too late to fix it.

I wore this yesterday to a medieval themed birthday party. I live in FL & was worried about overheating. I actually only felt warm a couple of times and a handheld fan did the job. The lining of the hood is lovely, it elevates the whole look. The ties for the front and back corset are loooong but they contribute to the effect. I wish there was more of an ability to cinch the waist with them but I was hesitant with them due to the way the corset design was done. It was quite comfortable, it fit well and the color is gorgeous. I just steamed the sleeves and was good to go. Would recommend & I’ll probably break it out in October or Renaissance Fair next year.

Returned.. this cape was not floor length, more like midi length. Fabric was itchy and unwearable. The sleeves were also not as pictured. Overall it was a scam.
