Excellent iron supplement that does not upset your stomach and almost instantly raised my iron levels. These soft capsules are very easy to swallow too. I have struggled with iron supplements that have always “backed me up” if you catch my drift, or just upset my stomach. Then I found I couldn’t donate blood anymore. The last few times I tried to donate I was way too low. Taking this really helped and gives me more energy as well! Reasonably priced and vegan.

I was diagnosed with anemia after a major shoulder surgery several years ago when I was at the ER for a blood clot. I followed up with a hematologist and was ultimately given iron infusions to bring up my iron levels. I've since been instructed to take iron 2x weekly and get regular blood work to verify the levels. I purchased this iron supplement and it has helped bring my iron levels into the normal range and keep them there. It doesn't happen overnight, as even infusions take a bit of time to raise levels and they are a more aggressive therapy. However, these iron caps will bring up iron also, it just takes a couple months for it to reflect in blood work. Overall, I recommend this iron supplement. It does not irritate my stomach (I've been told that some iron supplements can cause stomach upset). It has maintained my iron levels in the middle of the reference range as verified by regular blood work. This product is priced really reasonably and does what it's supposed to do. Having verifiable results from lab testing gives me confidence that this actually delivers.

Not the best taste, but they’re quality pills and I can take them with my multivitamin gummy on an empty stomach! Easy to swallow and my energy is up after taking these for a few months.

At 18 mg it’s perfect for my drs orders. I haven’t retested yet so I don’t know about results, but the amount is perfect. I gave it 4 stars because it has a funky smell.

My husband needed to get his iron levels up, and these capsules did the trick perfectly. Best of all, they didn't upset his stomach or cause any issues at all like other iron pills usually do. Highly recommend if you need something gentle that actually works!

I am having to take medicine which causes a reduction in my red blood cells and am borderline anemic as a result. Although there is yet to be sufficient proof that iron pills help address this issue, I felt I had little to lose and my doctor agreed. After taking these daily (it's a daily dose pill) for 3 months, my iron level has returned to the normal region and I do feel better. This is not a medical recommendation and should always discuss taking any pills with your doctor.

The powder in the capsule is very easy to sprinkle in my yogurt. Everybody needs iron and this provides an easy way to ensure I get some every day. I would buy it again. Too much iron is no good, but too little iron is not good either. This allows me to sprinkle some iron in a lot of different kinds of food.
