Does it come with the 1" ball mount included?

I don’t think so, I had to buy the ball mount and make 2 mounts into 1. Quad Lock 1" Ball Adaptor Mount for iPhone and Samsung Galaxy Phones https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093QZR6M8

I see that this uses a usb c connection on the back, but you mentioned in another question that the problem was running power from the battery?

You need a power adapter to provide USB power from the bike.

what is the plug on the back of the head, I currently have a type c that plugs into my phone, will i have to run a different type?

Plug is a type C so you'll be fine
