Well, if you’re using your phone for navigation, and let’s face it, most of us do, this accessory is a great addition to your bike. Installed mine on a quad lock fork stem mount and vibration dampener on my 2024 BMW S1000RR and I couldn’t be happier. I’m using my bike’s native USB port and I routed my be of the provided cables from under the passenger seat to the front of the bike and you can barely tell it’s there. Connects firmly to the wireless head with a built in rubber grommet that makes it a solid waterproof connection that won’t rattle off. Charging is reliable and fast and my battery percentage increased steadily by about 20% in a 30-40 minute ride while using GPS and being connected to my Bluetooth comms and streaming music. Very importantly neither phone or charger got hot or warm so it is a good power supply that you can use with no worries. Mounting was easy and just a matter of finding the right angle for your phone and the cable that plugs into the back of the unit. Clicking your phone in is easy once you get the hang of it and it is a very solid fit. There’s not way it is falling off. Can be used in portrait or landscape just by twisting your phone Overall a bit pricey but completely worth it if you don’t want to fiddle with any cables. Just click your phone in and go. Highly recommend it.

Die Montage am Lenker war schnell und unkompliziert erledigt, alle Teile wirken hochwertig verarbeitet und sehr robust – genau das, was man für den Einsatz auf dem Motorrad erwartet. Das Handy sitzt bombenfest in der Halterung, selbst bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten oder auf unebenen Straßen gibt es kein Wackeln oder Verrutschen. Der bewährte Quad Lock-Mechanismus hält das Smartphone sicher, lässt sich aber trotzdem mit einer Hand bedienen – super praktisch beim kurzen Stopp. Das integrierte USB-Ladesystem ist ein echtes Highlight. Es lädt zuverlässig während der Fahrt, und ich muss mir keine Sorgen mehr um einen leeren Akku machen – perfekt für längere Touren mit Navigation oder Musik. Die Verkabelung ließ sich gut verstecken und macht einen wetterfesten Eindruck. Fazit: Die Quad Lock Motorradhalterung mit Ladefunktion ist eine durchdachte und stabile Lösung für alle, die ihr Smartphone sicher befestigen und gleichzeitig laden möchten. Nicht ganz günstig, aber jeden Cent wert – klare Kaufempfehlung für Vielfahrer und Tourenliebhaber!

Works great very pleased so far its been on my cbr600 for a riding season and going strong added to the vibration damper.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I used to put way to much mental energy into the directions of where I'm going on a trip. Phone holders were ok to have GPS up, but the battery goes dead and then your stuck. This giving constant power solves all those issues and makes for a more enjoyable ride. I bought other powered holders but not all have the flexibility of unplugging at the unit so that it can be cleanly removed when not in use. I also REALLY LOVE the short swivel base (sold separately) because it not only allows me to adjust the phone position, but it is a quick removal of the power unit without needing a tool on hand (see video) - in 10 seconds I can have the unit mounted or removed to lock it in my bags. I also like the power cable (sold separately) that allows you to set to on "auto" that automatically turns off the power when your bike is off and your battery gets to a certain point. You can turn the unit off with the switch on the unit, but if you forget, this power line is a nice backup. It's also nice that the unit has an LED indicator of whether it's on or off. Its just a really well built and well thought-out Product. In my comprehensive search, I did not find another one better for me. Installing is pretty straightforward, but it does take some mechanical sense and disassembly of the bike to connect to the battery and run the wire, so If you aren't comfortable with partially taking apart your bike, this is not a simple plug and play in most cases to cleanly install it.
