Write it on the page - the recipe might say to bake for 15-17 mins and by the third tray, I've determined 15 mins and 45 seconds to be the golden best and now I'll have that written down for next time! I give each cookie a rating and notes. So far, our favorite has been the Giant M&M's Cookies but none of them have gotten below 5 stars. Cannot wait to bake my way through the rest of the book and reap the rewards come December (and let's be honest, the rest of the year). Get yourself a copy!!

Excellent book!
It contains excellent recipes, and for someone who is just starting out in baking, it would undoubtedly be a wonderful book. It explains and gives instructions very clearly.

All of her recipes are perfection. They work up perfectly ever time ad what i love most is they are never too sweet and work perfectly with gluten free flour everytime.

Good ideas for Cookie recipes
I am always searching for new Cookie recipes. My retired husband is the Cookie Monster- always walking around with a cookie in his hand. This collection of recipes gave me some new ideas.

Every recipe is a winner!
I bought this cookbook since I LOVE baking cookies. I've been using Sally's Baking Addiction recipes from her website with great success, so I purchased this cookbook. And I'm thrilled with it! My plan is to (over time) bake every recipe in the book. I'm enjoying this baking project and with the short time that I've had the book, have already made several different cookies, much to the delight of my friends who get to eat them! Every recipe has thorough instructions, so no guessing necessary. And the photography is fabulous too!

Cookies and more anyone
First of all I'm obsessed with Sally's baking, watch her You Tube videos and own her cookbooks. The recipes are great for the entire family to join in the fun of making goodies with easy to follow instructions. As a grandma of two boys , I enjoy getting the boys involved in deciding what treat to make and try even changed it up a little. Have a made any of the cookies or bars yet in this book, the answer is absolutely. Another thing my regular oven is on the blitz and been using my 32qt Beelicious 19 and 1 toaster oven. The batches are smaller so bake time and temperature adjusted without fail.

Been a fan for a while
You guessed it, I've been a big fan of Sally's recipe for a while now and this is my first time acquiring her cook book. The format is good, and she has a lot of fun recipes to try! Some of them are my favorite from the past and some are quite new to me. Excited to keep baking!

Wonderful new book for novice and experienced bakers!
Love this new book from an amazing baker! Sally's recipes are clear, well explained, and pretty much fool-proof! She has done all of the research for you and, if you can follow a recipe, you will have success. Her cookie recipes are delicious and the photography is fantastic - one photo for each recipe. Anyone familiar with her blog, Sally's Baking Addiction, already knows how fabulous she is and how well her recipes turn out. Any questions?
