Solution I was looking for years! I have done a lot of research and shopping on folding workout/weightlifting benches and there always seemed to be issues on sizing (proper length), strength for any heavier weights, balance, safe and secure latching that won't cause an accident, quality cushion and covering, number of positions (especially decline) along with storage and ease of setup functionality. This bench has it all in spades - even a built in carry handle I have not seen in any others! Really like the threaded latching knobs for safety of holding its position with weight. Has twist feet for balancing uneven floors or any slight construction warping. Nice cushioning and width of materials. I'm 5'10", long time weight lifter and it fits me very well. Great position variations and love the fold-up storage ability with CARRY HANDLE! Quality product. Seat is fairly long if that is an issue for anyone.

Everything was present; easy to assemble (took maybe 15 minutes); high quality fastening bolts. Quality overall: excellent; Fit and finish: excellent; Sturdiness: excellent. It stands firm and motionless w/o rocking. The adjustable angle locking pins work excellently; Padding is a bit firm but is comfortable: good to very good. The black plastic foot caps (rubber-like floor protectors at end of each foot/leg) appear a bit "thin". I hope they hold up. It's relatively easy to fold, takes maybe 30 seconds. OVERALL IMPRESSION: 9 out of 10.

This bench is great: It feels just like I’m working out on a regular gym-quality weight bench with the added bonus of folding up for storage in between uses. I’m 6’ tall and the bench is long enough for me. I feel like it might feel a little small for someone more than a few inches taller than me, but even then it would be completely usable. The folding and unfolding process is quick and easy, so it’s convenient even for a shorter workout. Also, the bench can adjust to be completely flat (I’ve read reviews of other lower-quality folding benches that couldn’t; they were always at some level of incline or decline). And I like that the shape is rectangular; some other folding benches aren’t, which might make it awkward to do exercises that put you perpendicular to the bench. Quick note: Mine came with a defective locking pin (the ball detent that keeps the pin from falling out was stuck in the inward position, meaning the pin fell out easily). But I still gave this bench 5 stars for two reasons: First, I sent an email to the company and they sent me a replacement for free within a week. And second, the locking pin isn’t really needed anyway; It’s not necessary when the bench is being used, all it does is keep the bench from accidentally coming unfolded. So while I was waiting for the replacement pin I was still able to use the bench normally.

The cushion is extremely hard and stiff. I don't think it's that the cushion is too thin, it's just very very stiff. Feels like your laying on a piece of wood but I'm hoping it will soften up over time. Overall, it works fine. Feels sturdy enough and easy to put together.

I have been using this for the past 3 weeks and my expectations were met. The assembly is easy. The only thing to assemble are the foot. Though it came with tools to tighten the bolts and nuts for the foot, I recommend using your own wrench and rachet to get more leverage to properly tighten. I like that it is very sturdy but at the same time portable. I would same this is a medium weight bench with 700 lbs capacity. It is enough for the type of workout I do using Powerblock 50 dumbbells. It is easy to adjust once you figure out the amount of turns to loosen the adjustment pins. This is probably what I would recommend to update for future designs, which is not having to screw these adjustments and just pull adjust then release to latch. Overall, I’m very satisfied with purchase for what I paid for and the quality of the bench.

This is a great bench for the money! Everyone thinks it is a much more expensive bench!

I received my product and assembled it, it was pretty straightforward. After a few days their customer service reached out to me to ask how my experience with it was. I told them so far so good and I'll keep them updated. After another couple of weeks their customer service reached out again and now since I've managed to use it a bit I had some constructive feedback for them: 1. I wish there was a tilt between the absolute 90 degree and the next option, in order to have comfortable space for sitting up straight and 2. I wish the bench were a bit more sturdy as it wobbled ever so slightly left to right. Customer service immediately responded and explained that they actually developed a kit that increases the sturdiness of the bench, and after taking down my details they sent it to me free of charge within a week. In this price range I can't expect it to check every last box, but it works great and their customer service has been amazing. Update: I had received the "wobble fixing kit" and have to say that it definitely solves the issue! The bench definitely feels sturdier now and overall a lot more like a real gym bench. Customer service experience is 10/10 and especially with this fix the bench is incredible value for the money! Thank you Joroto team!

I really like this weight bench. It was easy to set up when it arrived and is simple to fold down after each session. The bench folds down small enough to fit under my bed and doesn't take up too much space. I also like the smart appearance of the all black faux leather. The bench is really sturdy in use and feels solid. There are a lot of adjustments available to suit a wide range of different exercises, including 2 decline options, which I like. I have used it 3 times so far and it has been a great addition to my home gym. I would highly recommend this bench.

It’s a very nice bench. I am around 95KG and it’s handling my Weight with the exercise weights without any challenges. Assembly is just installing the legs. Really nice cushion and looks durable. Highly recommended.

I totally recommend this bench and would consider buying other products from Joroto! I am very impressed. Pro's: 1. Well designed. It can be folded after use and takes up little space. Very compact and looks great. 2. Sturdy and strong. I don't know if the max of 700lb is true but I would give them the benefit of the doubt. So far I can do step ups on bench with dumbells and no issues. If you want something that can withstand more weight, Joroto has more professional and stronger benches. 3. Multiple seating angles for different exercises. 4. Easy assembly. The instruction manual is top notch. It comes with instructions in other languages. 5. Comes with a glossy exercise page diagram with loads of different exercises. 6. Perfect condition. Paid for brand new and that is what I received unlike their competitors like Marcy. Con's: 1. None to report at this time. Again, I am very impressed by this company. I have never said this of other companies. I would definitely recommend or buy again. Great products Joroto!
