They are 12 inches long but not sure of the diameter. I have a 34 ounce Bubba Mug and they work great length wise, very flexible.

Are these hard or squishy/bendable straws?

Hello! These are completely bendable straws. I use them in my 40 oz container and fold them in using the cover. Works like a charm. They are awesome!
