Β I received the box with dead cockroache I threw the disgusting creature away as I was so excited to left my lashes. all was good till I reached the fix lotion I hardly squeezed the sachet till I saw the weird texture and different colors of the product which used to be more bluish but now it’s greenish and it’s so hard to apply. The product was dry, yellow and bitty. As you can see from the photo we opened a number of the individually wrapped packets hoping that it was just one but all the packets in the box were unusable. This was totally unacceptable when treating a client as I wasn't able to continue the treatment and the client left unhappy. There is no expiry date on any of the boxes or the individual packets so I'm not sure whats gone wrong but I am not happy. I would like to request a refund and the option for this has disappeared from my account.
