It doesn’t matter if you’re cutting chicken bones or trimming vegetables it works perfect I bought these mainly for cutting meat, but they worked pretty much on everything. Very smooth. Highly recommend.

My niece told me to buy these and when I received them, I could not believe that for 77 years I lived without them. They are the best when it comes to cutting chicken fat off of steak or meat or whatever I’ll tell you I can’t believe I never had a pair. I love them. They are very strong, sharp cut right through the bone great value for the money.

These Poultry Shears are the absolute BEST!!! We needed them to quarter a duck and they did so, thru the bones with ease. I would HIGHLY recommend these to anyone that needs to cut up poultry!!! The BEST!!!

This is reasonably well-made, although I took off one star because I'm not sure how long the plastic handles will hold up I'm happy with the purchase. These shears are *strong.* They cut through turkey and chicken ribs and joint cartilage & breastbone easily. This made breaking down a 14# turkey as separating breast meat into two pieces/taking off breast bone a breeze. I don't like having too many gadgets in the kitchen and usually rely on a chef's knife, a paring knife and a utility knife for most jobs, but this works so well, and I cook chicken stock or buy whole chicken frequently enough, that they are worth the price and the space they take up in the drawer. I haven't tried spatchcocking the chicken yet but these will make it very easy.

These are a winner for a product. The only issue I have is it is on the large size. I have big hands, but these just feel slightly big. They do cut exactly like expected. Sooo simple to cut green onions, meat...everything. Simple to wash and store.

Best cutting shears that I've ever purchased ...originally bought them for the kitchen to cut through whole chickens but they work so well I've also purchased another pair for the garden to cut small branches like roses and citrus trees they're also great for cutting cardboard...Cuts like butter... definitely recommend these to anyone that wants to do any of those things and so much more

Love these kitchen scissors. Buying American is the best. I had bought a pair from China and they fell apart in my hand as I used them. Very satisfied with this product. Sturdy comfortable and strong to use.

La verdad no tenía mucha fe en el producto. pero me equivoqué, está construido con buenos materiales, fácil de usar. No es un corta todo, pero para cortar los huesos de las aves comestibles está muy bien, no se requiere de gran fuerza en las manos para utilizarla es precisa en los cortes no desgarra, hace poco que la adquirí y su filo no se meya ni se desafila con facilidad. En resumen, buen producto, materiales y por supuesto buena relación precio calidad.
