Can you use both spray and cream on your hair?

You can, but it's usually one or the other. We recommend the spray for fine hair or hair that's easily weighed down and the cream for hair that soaks up products. :)

can i use this to flat iron my hair?

You can but it’s mostly used for blow drying to give you that silky, volume, and bouncy look before you flat iron it.

Does it work well on Africa American hair?

I haven't tried it yet myself on my African American hair but I've seen reviews from other people who have used this and there are articles online that recommend this product. I suggest watching those and then forming your opinion on whether or not you think this would work well for you.
