good generic Ibuprofen, works just like all the other name-brand pain/fever relievers out on the market. my only complaint is that the bottle I got expires in about one year. I wish it had a date that lasted longer. but for the bargain price, I guess it is okay and I think it will still be mostly effective many months afterwards.
