Am I the last to hear about 5-HTP??? It is a wonderful, highly effective sleep aid. I combine with with GABA or L-Theanine, and I finally sleep through the night! No grogginess, and I feel more mentally sharp. My Oura ring is now telling me I got deep, restful sleep. I am perimenopausal and I’ve tried everything.
