This product is very effective and prevent muscle soreness amazingly. Taste is nice but can be better. It has zero calories which is commendable. The blend of BCAAs with electrolytes and other essential nutrients is just perfect. Not only beginners but anyone can take it. Very economical unlike international brands. Only one CON that is only one flavour is available.

The composition are really good... Balanced amount of essential and non essential aminos .. plus electrolytes are added which provide good amount of energy... Only cons is the sweetness... Too sweet... Maybe they used to. Balance the bitterness of bcaas... This is my first tym using a bcaa supplement as I am using vegan protien which have low amount of bcaa..

Mint flavour not good

Taste is not so good ( i ordered blueberry flavour). Intra workout push during excercise is good, you can feel it. 3.5 out of 5.

Best product I've ever used for muscle recovery. If you're looking for best result, go ahead with this. I've been using products from AS-IT-IS since quite a long time and getting good results. This is easy to mix, and effective on body and really good taste and smell too.

I had been working out regularly for 7 years now, and have tried a lot of supplements - ON, MyProtein, Gnc, Lebrada, MB - you name it. At this stage I needed a pre-workout without caffeine, but with the kick of l-arginine and citrulline malate - and this is perfect for the composition and price. Take 15 mins before and you are good to go. For heavier sessions - take another scoop intra workout or just a plain old electrolyte. I don't know why there are mixed reviews for this product. It deserves more. What I could see is people complaining about taste. I got mojito flavour and it's pretty good. And nobody can satisfy those sugar tooth fairies. Imagine them trying unflavoured ones :D As-it-is is hands down the best brand in economic-mid segment in India. Least heavy metals among our desi champs :)

I would rate the taste as 3.5/5. Mix it with 400-450ml chilled water and it tastes good. Mainly I got it for electrolytes due to intense heatwave in my city. It does refresh you and give you a boost in energy far better than glucon d and other dextrose based powders.
