This is a very comfortable, non-bulky, patella knee strap. I've tried a number of them and this is by far the best. It provides excellent support and stays in place. Also, and importantly for me, it doesn't irritate or pull at the back of the knee. Very neat and easy to adjust.

Has helped massively with knee pain when running. Really comfortable while still offering good support. Super soft materials and quality padding too. Highly recommend.

I liked the knee support part with its gel cushion I did get support and it definitely helped my knee.However I didn’t like the Velcro type strap that keeps the support in place . Firstly I found it too short for me to fit without holding the free end by finger tips, I do have a large leg but by no means extra large, so although it does ‘fit’ it was awkward to do so.Also I found the Velcro type strap too thin and it cut into the back of my leg after hours of use, it has no padding.You only get one support when purchasing which is not great value in comparison to others that are available £,+/-I am a regular user of patella knee supports and have several other.

I bought this strap for my grandson as he has a painful knee this strap was recommended for the condition of the problem with his knee there’s no support the strap did not stay on keeped fulling off got lost on the pitch so can not send it back but it was no good at all
