It dries evenly and slowly such that I could fix most of these initial imperfections (on my part) before it fully dried. I haven’t fired anything yet, but I’m loving this clay. I'm not using my own kiln so I can't test it myself** A: I have fired it to cone 6 with a 5 minute hold and another time to cone 5 with a 10 minute hold. It depends on the glaze, too. Do test tiles to get a good measure. **Q: This won’t harden without heating** A: You have to fire pieces made with this clay in a kiln.
