I like the fact they are easy to swallow, though I would recommend you take them with something to eat as the food will help the supplement reach your digestive stomach quicker. I have noticed if I simply take them with water there is a slight aftertaste, this taste is totally removed when I even swallow a small bit of bread and butter or even a biscuit straight after I swallow the supplement. I have noticed an improvement in my nails and my hair has an extra gloss to it. My skin has slightly improved, but I have only completed one month of a daily dose of this supplement and would happily stay on the same course of supplements as so far, I am happy with the results. I also like the fact they are sold at a good price therefore I am happy to recommend this source of supplements as a good purchase.

Comes in a glass jar which I like because I can use it for storage when I finish the vitamins. The taste and smell aren't great but I've tasted worst with other brands. Not hard to swallow if you don't usually have issues with taking this kind of stuff. The price could be a bit lower.
