So far so good ! Easy to work with, thicker than the ones we find at the stores.

Just purchased my third roll of this stuff, it works perfectly-for me-. Not sure about stuff growing through it. Not yet anyway, but it is an integral component to the transformation of my yard and I'm sure I'll be buying more of this one when I exhaust this latest purchase. My mother had bought some weed barrier for her yard and when I saw the quality of her stuff, it was bad. Rats had chewed through the roll (she had it stored in her shed). When she saw this stuff that I'm using she decided that is what she wanted to use, too, so...more purchases from her in the fiture now, as well. On a side note, yes, the end that you cut with scissors or a blade have the potential to fray. I find that if I'm not going to cover the cut end any time soon, I fold that end under just a bit before staking into the ground. Problem solved.
