Amazing! If you are on the fence, do it. Installed in my 2016 Prius 4 with the 7" touchscreen. Install was easy. Just lookup a video on how to replace the radio in your car and that will show you how to take it out. It really was just plug and play. It is a little low quality, as I believe it routes the video feed through the backup cameras feed to the head unit so it looks about as good of quality as your backup camera does. But to have carplay on my factory screen it is worth it. My factory backup camera worked right out of the box. The only issue I've had is it doesn't recognize the difference between day and night mode for me, no matter what setting I use it gives me day mode for maps. Overall great

Easy to install? Pretty much. No included directions for installation , but Youtube is helpful if you can't figure it out. Once installed it connected with no issue. Unit fit perfectly behind the dash no wires. Works - Pretty much as expected sound quality seemed to be unchanged. Quality - I'm not going to ding the product for the screen quality. I installed it in a 2017 Prius and the resolution is a little limited but I think that is just the 2017 screen and not the product. I installed it and had it working in less than 30 minutes total.

worked for two weeks then stopped connecting. Was working with their support team to fix the issue after several months of being ghosted, only to have the update brick my entire device. Would not recommend.

It’s completely compatible with my Toyota Prius 2017 and it works well. Easy installation, plug and play and do not need any additional wiring and keep OEM wiring. I highly recommended to buy and enjoy carplay. ****Review after a month: I experienced the connection interuption and when I installed the other brand I found out the quality of the screen of this module is pretty lower than new one. Also, it was hard to pair two devices every time I needed to remove one device and pair the other one. I am using module of AutoABC ,which I bought from Amazon, right now and I am happy with that.

When behaving properly, it's a real asset. Sometimes it can be frustrating. I found that when I start the car I usually have to shift my Prius into reverse from park a couple of times in order for the screen to show the reverse camera. And strange things sometimes happen: the audio begins rotating through the various sources available, and apps don't display and work properly. Even if I go to the OEM setting and back to Carplay, it won't work. I think I've discovered that when I start the car if I wait for the phone and car to connect, about 10 seconds, before shifting into reverse that things will function properly. But I'm still trying to identify best procedures. As I said, when it works properly, it's a real asset in my 2016 Prius, especially because my original infotainment system went belly up a few months ago. The Carplay interfaces as expected with the phone and with Siri. Maps doesn't always know which way is up, but Waze works well. Installation is easy, although the included instructions are really minimal. There are connections for forward camera, power supply, and ground that weren't needed for my car. I ran the USB cable into the glove compartment and connected a thumb drive with a lot of audio materials. At this price it's a good value, especially if the developers and programs can eliminate the bugs and get the unit to work as advertised every time.

It works and was as easy to install as all the videos suggested.

The phone system is not working properly, hard to remove from Android auto, backup camera have a delay. Not good. To many bugs.
