## Questions & Answers

**Q: Won't merino wool underwear feel itchy against skin?**
A: Our 18.5 micron superfine merino fibers are finer than human hair, too fine to feel itchy, even on sensitive skin. Standard wool (25+ microns) causes irritation; this doesn't. Soft enough to wear directly against skin all day.

**Q: How do I wash it? Will the waistband keep its shape?**
A: Machine wash cold max 30°C, delicate cycle, inside out. Lay flat to dry. Never tumble dry: heat shrinks merino and wears out the waistband elastic. Store clean and dry; keep merino in sealed bags to prevent moths.

**Q: Is it warm enough for winter? Can I wear it under pants or ski gear?**
A: Yes. Merino stays warm even when damp and wicks sweat, so it works as a base layer under jeans, hiking and winter pants. It regulates temperature both ways: warm outside, no overheating indoors. Odor-resistant on long cold days.

**Q: Where is the merino wool sourced from, and is this product certified?**
A: Our products are made from Australian merino wool, RWS certified — independent farm audit confirming animal welfare and land management standards. Every component tested against 100+ harmful substances under OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

**Q: How do I choose the right size? Is the fit snug or relaxed?**
A: Relaxed fit that runs roomy. Size by waist: S 32–34", M 35–37", L 38–40", XL 41–44", XXL 45–47". Between sizes, size down for a snugger fit at the waist and hips. Check the size chart.
