This is a very powerful product. It made it possible for me, a non-electrician, non-electrical engineer, to configure and install a 5000 watt off-grid solar power station to provide power for two trailer spaces. SunGold's customer support answered my questions promptly and kept the project on track. Five stars.

We bought this equipment in June 2023, right out of the box, problems. The sellers Tech support has no idea how to solve issues. it is a constant guessing game and trial and error with the equipment. It worked for about a week, then problems again. Supposedly you can wire them in multiple patterns for max output. Again constantly with errors and faults. I worked with Jack at the sellers company for which is on CA time and there is no support outside of their business hours. I got so frustrated just asked for a refund and Amazon took care of me, the seller wanted me to pay for shipping their equipment back and they wanted to "make repairs" and send me this garbage back to fight some more, NO THANKS!

Arrived obviously used with marks all over the screen and settings for a previous setup. Just got it plugged in and will report back if my house catches fire.
