Excellent quality and range
Brilliant quality and range. This Nissan a really good bit of kit.

Great for connecting to a mixer desk or active speaker
Used with devices with XLR o/p such as dynamic microphone or amplifier with XLR DI out. The freedom from a cable, especially a long cable, and minimal signal decay is a real boon. Signal decay is affected by what the signal passes through so best result if the receiver is clear of obstructions (like people). The aerial is very flexible, which needs to be kept in mind when fitted to a microphone. In my “cableless” rig I prefer a different design with enclosed aerials for using with a microphone, and I use this reviewed device connected to the DI output of my combo amplifier’s connectivity to house PA.

Not built to last
Stopped working after 4 hours and now won't even connect from 2 ft away.

Are they worth it ????
They are ok!!! But not a must have in a sound tech’s arsenal as in some of the adds. And the range is a bit less in the real world than proclaimed I would say. But if you need a radio mic and you have forgotten your good ones you could use these to attach a “wired” mic to get you out of a bind (as long as the person doesn’t wonder too far away from the receiver).

Disappointing. Having multiple units massively reduces range
Initially I thought they were great until we used them on a job and they kept cutting out. After testing I've concluded that having multiple units on at the same time - in my case three mics into a desk - massively reduced the range of the units. With one unit I could walk around the house. With three on I can barely leave the room before they cut out. Considering a return/refund. Very disappointed.

Great XLR instant wireless mic system
This works perfectly, with all the distance one could need, great vocal sound, and set up in a matter of seconds. I'm very pleased indeed with this. Good 3-4 hour battery life too in my experience - and if you need more, then USB power can be used during operation.

La qualità del suono è ottima. Nessun ritardo.

Receiver battery easily drained. Most of the time, unnecessary noise creating a not clear recording. Packaging is not that neat. I wish to return this product.

I needed this for two specific applications: wedding ceremonies and satellite speaker situations. In both settings, I don't use extension cords and either can't or don't want to run XLR cable. The Stealth 1 Mono system is ideal for this: It sets up fast It's easy to use It works. I've spent a lot of time with the Stealth 1 Mono wireless system. I've tried it in many situations. When you follow the instructions EXACTLY, it works perfectly: Set the speakers where you want them. Turn the transmitter on first and THEN the receiver. IF you turn the receiver on first, the whole thing becomes intermittent. I've tested the battery life twice with rechargeable batteries. They lasted 4.5 and 5 hours before the wireless turned off. That's more than enough time for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours and short gigs. I've also ran it 80' apart without any issues. I haven't needed it to go further than that, but Alto says it will go 100'. I've also used it with the output on a mixer to the speaker and it worked flawlessly. UPDATE: I had the same static issue as HGDJ below. But it only happened when I was using this with a Bluetooth input on the speaker to send music to it on a test. As soon as I plugged the music directly into the speaker input via a cable and sent the signal out to the other speaker via the Stealth 1, the static went away and it worked perfectly. Maybe you can't use Bluetooth AND the Alto Stealth 1 at the same time? The Alto Stealth 1 Mono solves my problem perfectly. Would I use this with the band in a critical "this can NOT fail" kind of situation? I don't think so. If I wanted a wireless speaker system for the bands FOH system, I'd go with the Alto Stealth Wireless Pro.
