Yes, works great with Bowflex 552 and 1090s.

Will this work with powerblocks?

Unfortunately it does not work with PowerBlocks due to the support bars around the PowerBlock handles.

Does this work with Nüobells?

Unfortunately Nuobells are one of the few dumbbells that it won't work with.
