It works well with my Bowflex dumbbells. It’s a little tricky to get on and secure properly, but I find it to be comfortable and sturdy.

This is such a great product idea for anyone who wants the versatility of different workouts without buying a bunch of separate equipment. This dumbbell converter is easy to put together and instantly turns dumbbells into a kettlebell. It feels solid during use and works exactly how a kettlebell should. Perfect for home workouts, especially if you are short on space but still want a wide range of exercises. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

Purchased this to be able to convert my dumbbells into kettlebells so I did not have to buy individual KBs. It’s gets the jobs done Pros: easy to use and attach to DBs. Plastic seems to be solid and can handle the weight I intend to use it for. Can orient the DB either parallel or perpendicular to the handle. Cons: the DB can rotate around in the grip but it is not noticeable when doing most movements, just makes it feel less sturdy when initially starting. Handle is noticeably wider than a traditional KB. Has a bit of a different feel than traditional KBs due to the distribution of the weight. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who already has DBs and would like KBs in similar weights but if you are wanting to focus your workouts around KB movements, I would recommend making the investment into KBs.

I absolutely love this product. I take it with me to the gym 2 to 3 times a week. And it allows me to work myself out quickly or without having to wait for others to get done using the kettlebells. The weight is very minimal that it doesn’t affect my workout. The grip works well, very well especially for different positions. Seems that it holds the weights snug and tight there is however just a little bit of slip, but you do expect that. The overall quality of the product, only time will tell. But at that price if I have to replace it, it’s not a big deal. It’s now summer(2025) still going strong! Worth the money!

Great product for existing dumbbells to be used in another way. The lock is nice and secure.

The product works fine but it’s bulky and the handle is quite huge. If you are serious about kettle bell training, buying actual kettlebells would be better. If you are just using them to do some occasional kettlebell swings and don’t want to invest in a bell just for that purpose, then this is ok.

Is very easy to change the dumbbells and good quality construction

Ugh. I was really hoping that this would be a solid addition for my free weights for when I work out at home. Not the case. It's all plastic. And not a sturdy plastic, it honestly feels like one slip of the finger and it'll slip out of your grip and shatter onto the floor. Or at least crack, then splinter. The handle doesn't even have a solid grip TO it, no textured handle, not even foam padding on it. Hell, the handle isn't even solid - it's hollow. I don't even know if it'll handle my 10lb weights. It's cheap. Cheaply made, cheaply put together, all over just a crappy product. I got the bar as well... and I'm honestly not looking forward to even opening that box. I'll be returning it. It would be awesome if companies like this didn't crap out on quality. I won't be using this company again, and my recommendation is that you, kind reader, steer clear as well.

This is great when it works. But gets quite flimsy for weights exceeding 20kg. I’ve had this for 18 months, and the poor thing died after just doing KB swings with a 20kg weight. I can’t seem to find any information on a warranty. I think I’ll be looking for a more solid solution in future.

Looks incredibly flimsy. They say it can hold up to 100lbs each but I won't try to swing them with such weight attached to it.
