The media could not be loaded. Originally, I had left a review being disappointed because my machine would not get hot after only one use. I reached out to the seller and they responded in a timely manner. I was disappointed because I bought this machine to create my Christian T- Shirts. I decided to watch a video on how to check the wires. When the heat machine was opened there was nothing to fix. Nothing was damaged, loose, broken or disconnected. After it was put back together I plugged it in and it worked. I wrote a book called Diamonds in the Rain, by Lisa Marie Lomelin available on Amazon. It’s my testimony please check it out! My hat part had started to malfunction and I contacted the company explaining what happened. The person who I interacted with was very pleasant and assisted me in solving the problem.. shipment was fast, they response time was tremendous! I am truly happy and grateful ... Oh and let me not forget the equipment. It works like a dream and very easy to operate and change around the parts to use the other functions. This thing broke after 3 T-shirts. The heads on the screw holding the aft side of the rail snapped. I also can’t simply replace the screw, because rather than using bolts to secure the rail, they used self tapping screws (exposed sharp point on the underside by the way). So the shaft of the screw is thoroughly jammed into the metal. Unrelated, they used fiberglass insulation for the hot plate which is shedding out of the sides. Not a good idea for use near clothing… my wife got some in her hands while using the machine.

Heats up fast and does a good job

I love it! I had been considering the big circuit heat press but couldn’t justify the price. When I found this and all the accessories that came with it for a fraction of the price I bought it. I can complete projects more timely, love the versatility and the size is perfect. Makes putting my stabilizing material on my quilts blocks a breeze with less guessing.
