Excelente compra, se puede integrar en la misma app de la marca varios dispositivos de adentro de la casa, la nitidez de la imagen me encanta y su fácil instalación, tiene la memoria SD ya incluida y no hay que comprar otra, vale la pena el costo por tener tecnología de IA. Solo recomendaría a la marca colocar la tarjeta SD que ya viene incluida en el repetidor que va adentro en la casa y no en el timbre por seguridad.

This is now my second doorbell. I had bought one to test out for the back door and it worked really well so bought another one for the front door. The back doorbell is on battery power while the front one is wired into the old house doorbell. Size: It is a lot bigger than your regular doorbell or even the Ring doorbells. If you're looking for something small, slim profile, etc. then this is not the doorbell for you. Battery powered doorbell: Worked surprisingly well considering it was exposed to the elements. It took a couple of months before I had to charge it up again. I live in Alberta, Canada and it weathered well in the March temperatures (dipping down to about -20C. Captured video just fine and clear but there is a lag between you receiving it vs where the person is located. Wire powered doorbell: Installation was fairly easy and integrated with the chimer in the house really easily. The location of the doorbell is on a 90 degree angle so used the plates that were provided to tilt it so it would point more towards the walkway vs just the front door. Again, captured video fine but there is a lag. App: The app worked well but I had to get assistance from customer service to get it linked to the Google Assistant but it wasn't difficult to use. Only wish that the voice chosen could be on a more permanent scale instead of having to remember to pick the voice change before answering the person as currently, it's defaulted to using your own voice when you open the app to answer and not one of the other voices you choose. If you're female and want to use the male voice when answering for safety purposes, you have to remember switch the voice before answering or it will be your own voice that comes through first. Customer Service: AMAZING! I had used all the tilt/angle plates that came with the doorbell but it still wasn't enough (the doorbell is on the side of the house so 90 degrees from the walkway) so I reached out to customer service with a picture of what the doorbell see vs what it should see. They not only responded quickly, they sent me 2 additional plates at no cost and it arrived within a few days. Every time I have reached out to them, they have been very responsive which shows they stand behind the product. Overall impression: Very good doorbell to upgrade to if you want a camera one but don't want to spend the high cost dollars for it. The doorbell is a lot bigger than others but does what it's supposed to do. The cost is decent for what you get but the best part is the customer service. I would give it a 6 star out of 5 for the customer service alone. Would I buy it again? Well... I already bought 2 but I would definitely recommend if people were asking.

Love this camera. Was having issues with the popular brand doorbell, once I connected this I’ve had no issues. I am using the battery instead of hardwired due to user(me) issues 😝 but the battery has stayed charged a while. I am at 18% and it does not drain quickly. Installation was easy. I have not purchased a plan yet or tried the trail. Everything I need I’ve been able to see without a plan. The picture quality is perfect. The sound is good, no issues. The size of the camera in the pics look a little bigger than other brands but it’s the normal size as any other camera. They have other products and I wish I had somewhere to put some bc the quality is amazing.

I’m giving the AOSU Doorbell Camera a full 5 stars mainly because of their phenomenal customer support, easy installation, and impressive battery management. Those aspects truly stand out and made the initial setup experience smooth and stress-free. However, I have to be honest: I’m a bit disappointed with the doorbell’s primary function, the motion detection. The main reason I chose AOSU was their radar detection system, hoping it would reduce false alarms. Unfortunately, the radar detection struggles if there’s a post or pillar near the camera. For some reason, the pillar completely interferes with detection, resulting in no alerts or recordings unless someone is extremely close to the doorbell. Because there’s no option to switch between radar and camera-based detection, the doorbell becomes almost unusable in setups like mine. That being said, AOSU’s customer support went above and beyond. They sent me a D1 360° security camera completely free of charge as an interim solution. Even though it’s not a doorbell camera, it works flawlessly and lets me monitor my driveway without issues. I truly appreciate how their support team thought outside the box to come up with a workable solution while the underlying product limitations remain. Suggestions for AOSU to Make This an Unbeatable Product 1. Home Assistant Integration Adding native Home Assistant support would instantly elevate the ecosystem and unlock advanced automation. 2. Highly Customizable Alert System Instead of just “person” or “vehicle” alerts, give users the ability to define their own rules—e.g., ignore snow falling, rain running down gutters, or other predictable movements. 3. Separate Recording vs. Alerts Settings Sometimes I don’t want to receive notifications, but I still want events to be recorded. Those settings should be independent. 4. Final Thoughts The doorbell camera has strong potential, but the radar limitation is a serious issue for many real-world setups. Despite that, AOSU’s customer service is truly exceptional. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. With the right product updates, AOSU could easily dominate this category.
