Super happy on Induction range top
I have had these pans for a year now and I'm super happy with them on my induction range top. Non stick and durable. I do not put them in the dishwasher because they are so quick and easy to clean. No chips anywhere and I cook daily.

Very happy with my purchase
They are great pots and pans. There is serious when they say not to heat it up past a certain point. It is not good for the finish. The pots that we have used properly look brand new. The one that got heated up too much. Has food stick to it. The sponge that they include is amazing, but it has to be used according to the instructions.

We love these pans.
We stayed at a condo that had a set of these on vacation. They worked perfectly and I was so impressed, I bought some for us to use at home. Plus it was time to dispose of our Pampered Chef worn out pans and skillets. Now we have cast iron and these to use. They come with felt for stacking and have a great appearance. It is versatile and can NOT be used on high heat. But heat (we have gas) transfers on low to cook eggs. We use cast iron for pancakes, fatty meats (beef smoked sausage) and other items. Other than that, we use these.

Went from best set out of the box to worst set in 3 months
So far this cookware set is amazing! They heat evenly which makes cooking a breeze. The ceramic coating is super nice and extremely easy to clean. My only issue / concern so far is the ceramic coating is already starting to come off around the edges of the set (see photos) and im hoping it stops there. I would expect for the price of these theyd be a bit more durable. Pans have been hand washed and sepreated by provided pan protectors since day one. Ill be updating my review should things get worse. I am leaving my previous review so others can judge for themselves... Now, almost 3 months of use the "non-stick" "non-toxic" coating is losing its slick demeanor and food it becoming very difficult to wash off. Also after further research it appears this company hides behind a facade claiming to be non-toxic when in fact they include "silane and aluminum oxide. Silane is a colorless, flammable gas that is toxic to breathe in and known for irritating the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. At the same time, aluminum oxide exposure can lead to lung damage." On top of that they contian tetraethoxysilane which can cause respiratory and skin irritation, methyltrimethoxysilane which can cause serious eye, skin, and respiratory irritation and potassium titanate that cnlan be harmful if inhaled and is considered a potential carcinogen. These facts came about during a class action lawsuit the makers of GreenPan faced that was ultimately dismissed. Unfortunately this has placed a sour taste in my mouth and i regret my purchase completely... I wish i would have done further research before spending an absurd about of money on a product that is falsely advertised as "healthy".

They do not stick...Big Fan!
I bought an induction stove thinking my (sm)ALL-Clad LTD2 would work seamlessly...I was wrong. I needed a new set pf pans but was unsure of what to get....enter GreenPan Valencia Pro! I am writing this with pictures mainly to refute what I saw in another post where the user clearly had done SOMETHING wrong and said the pans stuck miserably ....please check my photos. There is no need to crowd the dishwasher since cleaning is so easy. My wife burned some cheesy stuff in a pot, cleaned it right out and started all over - she remarked at how easy it was to clean and how she didn't know how anyone could make anything stick to these pans. These pans are excellent for non-stock and I think that they still sear pretty well. Not only do they not have all of the bad stuff from what we all knew as non-stick - they work great! This is coming from someone who never enjoyed cooking with non-stick pans because he felt it was "cheating". I only use butter or olive oil in the pan as that is what the manufacturer states yield the best results. If you are a beginner all the way to a decent chef I think you'll find that these pans are worth the money you pay for them. I will say that I wish there was a way to get a set that has the items I cook with most as opposed to this - where's my 12 Qt stock pot!? If you are skilled at the stove and want easy to clean, fast heating, even heating pans, look no further. Update 1/25/23: These pans still look new and are our favorites. My wife has cooked candy and all sorts of sticky things…no issues, the easiest clean up ever. I have save purchased more pans to fill my line up - 5 qt saute pan. I highly recommend these pans.

First Green Set
So my family have been trying to switch out our cookware to ceramic and replace our older non-stick cookware. Pros: - Sturdy - Glass Lids - Ceramic coating - Easy to Clean (At First) Cons: - Expensive I did a lot of research on the Ceramic Cookware trend and decided to try them. Overall, I am quite pleased with the set. For the most part, it has stood up to daily cooking. The pot and pans have gradually begun to lose that easy clean and non-stick attribute. In a couple of pans, there is slight discoloration in a couple of spots that you just cannot seem to remove. But they do perform well enough. I am not certain if I would buy these again or try a different set but everything I have read was GreenPan was it. I am not a true follower I suppose. While I think the product is definitely much better than the non-stick cookware I was using before. I see the same types of issues I had with those starting to occur with these. Food beginning to stick to the ceramic. Getting harder and harder to clean over time. Stains in the ceramic surface. I think it is fair to say that they are a much better product than worrying about the Teflon flaking off of my older cookware. But is it that much better with regards to performance. Bottom line - I feel better about using it to feed myself, my family and others. But it still suffers from the same issues as any other cookware with use over time. I do find myself taking extra care of this cookware to help extend its life and ensure the value to the price tag. But as to buying them again .. that is yet to be determined

Damaged right out of the box - update!
So the set I ordered was damaged when received but after contacting and emailing Greenspan some pictures they immediately sent me a new set. They are amazing! You do need to care for them to last. I’m cooking for 8 so mine get a lot of use. Buy a set of the pan pads to protect them in the drawer and they will hold up. I’ve even had the kids throw something in the sink on top of them and no scratches. Last point - a lot of reviews about eggs sticking. Use butter and they won’t. Oil will bead and there isn’t much you can do about eggs sticking other than that. Better to use butter than eat nonstick cancer causing materials. I highly recommend this set. Great set and great recovery by Greenpan. Love this set. Did my research and this seems to be the best value for the money. However, received my new set and the sauce pan is clearly damaged right out of the box. This would imply there is no quality control at GreenPan. We’ll see how their problem resolution is with my claim. Very disappointing. I’ll update after resolution.

High quality, non stick
I waited a for a month of use to review. If you follow the instructions, don't always use the highest heat setting, use non metal utensils, use the protectors to nest etc this set should last a long time. Very easy to clean, even heat. My only complaint is the pot lids don't have a hole for steam that my old set had so you have to leave the lid tilted on pot to avoid boil over.

Waste of money. Trying to return
I’ve had these pans for a little over a month. And have used according to the directions with a little oil. Everything sticks to the pan. Burning the food. I’ve tried turning the heat down, still burns. Also today I noticed that some of the pans were beginning to peel. Incredibly bummed as I was hoping these would last us for years. - didn’t make 2 months.

Very delicate
incredibly beautiful pots. very gentle to use. from improper storage I damaged one. now everything has started to stick to it. if one scratch appears it is a disaster. I wash it in the dishwasher. one minus. the handle gets very hot! impossible to touch. always have to use a glove

Perfektes Kochen

Amazing!
I absolutely love my new pots and pans. I have had them for a few months and they are amazing! My only complaint is the lids. There are two of the same size for the deeper pot but there isn't one for the large pans. With us having a gas burner the Handel's can get hot as well. They are heavy duty so the are pretty heavy. I am weak so it can be hard to us one hand when trying to strain them. But they are so worth it I just have to make sure I have two hands when pouring the food out. Sorry for the horrible photos. But they are SUPER easy to clean. I can easily run water over the pan and wipe it out super easy. I'm obsessed
