Are these comfortable to wear to sleep?

I would not wear them to sleep in. They would be to big for sleeping in. They are for reducing loud noise while working.

Are they effective against lrda?

Not sure what IrDA is. However, for the price, these are the most quiet and comfortable safety ear muffs I could find

Can these be worn over earbuds? say echo buds or raycon earbuds.

I imagine so! My earrings are all large and bulky, but most of the time, if I'm just taking a nap, I don't remove the earrings, so I would think earbuds are not near as bulky!
